What is not true about Argentinian business meetings?

Answer: B - Meetings begin as early as 0730.

Business Meetings

Appointments may begin at around 0930, but appointments at 1900 or even 2000 are not unusual; the business day may even extend to 2200. Allow extra time between appointments. Arrive on time, but expect to be kept waiting. Do not be surprised if your local counterpart arrives late. The more important the person you are calling upon, the longer the wait is likely to be. Being made to wait 30 minutes or longer is not unusual.

Meetings are held in comfortable surroundings such as a conference room or hotel. Coffee and sometimes tea is served. Business cards, preferably bilingual, are usually exchanged at the first meeting.

Be sure to arrive on time for your meeting, but be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes or more for Argentine colleagues, particularly if they are senior executives.
